Construction Superintendent; Commercial Construction

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in the Washington, DC area. This hands‑on role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards.

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities and field personnel for commercial projects
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain a safe job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Review and fully understand project Mariator plans, drawings, and specifications
• Track project progress, provide regular updates, and communicate issues to management
• Lead daily site meetings and proactively resolve operational challenges
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all project activities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
