• Field inspection of historical renovations and systemic upgrades in occupied facilities.
• Providing guidance on constructability and phasing of the work.
• Scheduling, coordinating, performing specialized field inspections.
• Inspecting work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance.
• Utilizing PMIS tools (e.g., e-Builder) for daily reports and progress photo documentation.
• Recommending approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate.
• Monitoring labor and safety requirements.
• Completing written inspection reports, records of defects and omissions, and similar activities.

• Associates in construction related field, trade school, or equivalent certification. Waived for 10 years in similar inspection role.
• 10 years of construction inspection experience.
