MEP Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires experience overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes on complex builds, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, change orders, subcontractors, and field teams while serving as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of mechanical systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes on complex builds, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to project teams and maintain strong client relationships.

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction
• Proven background in large-scale commercial projects (healthcare, education, corporate, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction management practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
