One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to provide highlevel administrative, analytical, and program support to a federal client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable supporting complex mission-driven programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to program leadership and staff
- Maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and manage documentation
- Assist with project and program tracking, including monitoring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Review, compile, and organize program data for reporting and analysis
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques to support evaluation of program effectiveness and workflow efficiency
- Draft briefings, summaries, and reports for senior leadership with clear findings and recommendations
- Support the development and coordination of program plans, goals, and objectives
- Assist in researching, analyzing, and resolving administrative and operational issues
- Maintain filing systems, logs, and program records in accordance with policies and retention requirements
- Provide customer service and communication support to internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative or program support experience
- Experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least one (1) year of specialized experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and evaluate mission-oriented programs, projects, or operational processes
- Proficiency in preparing reports, conducting basic research, and analyzing administrative data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional correspondence and presentations
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal oversight
