Senior Capture Lead

Precision Talent Solutions is partnered with a $100m aviation support company, helping them to find a Senior Capture Lead. The ideal individual is turnkey and able to participate at every stage of the business development process. Must be able to identify, advocate, and pursue business development opportunities/strategies related to new business opportunities, focusing on CONUS & OCONUS BOS, end to end fuel solutions and maintenance opportunities.

The right individual has the experience and drive to win large $25M-$200M new business pursuits.

• Drives the business development life cycle process, cradle to grave
• Develops strategic business relationships leading to deal optimization
• This includes industry relationships with primes, subcontractors and 8a’s
• Supports the organization with customer engagement
• Identifies and prosecutes winnable business opportunities
• Supports the development of company strategy
• Manages business development pipeline to facilitate deal flow and optimize opportunity qualification
• Interacts with other internal departments such as HR, Global Supply, Estimating / Pricing, and Contracts to develop win and price strategies
• Supports Operation Leads in the achievement of revenue goals

• At least 5 years of experience with proposals and capture managements, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
• Process oriented with exposure to, or a certification in, Shipley preferred
• Verifiable wins in the BOS and/or O&M space desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing or a related field preferred
• Will consider experience in lieu of a degree
• CONUS and OCONUS/international experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
