• Analyze freight and transport provider contracts to develop strategy and performance
• Manage customer communications regarding claims and respond to emails
• Research and evaluate shortages claims through inventory adjustments and requests
• Create vouchers for payment and ensure timely payments of vendor invoices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve short‑pays and billbacks

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Associate degree in business or accounting preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
• Proficient PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with SAP and related applications
• Ability to understand and follow established processes pertaining to transactional information
• Strong customer relations ability
• Works well on cross‑functional teams
