Oliver Wyman's Private Equity team in North America are looking to hire consultants to support its rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. Oliver Wyman takes a multi-specialist approach to engagements, bringing teams with both deep industry and functional expertise, supported by proprietary approaches and a world-class network.

We are not typical "management" consultants. We provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise to amplify impact and help shape the future for our clients. The team is looking for experienced professionals who are already working in or are interested in focusing on Aerospace & Defense, serving private equity clients with a particular focus in commercial aerospace.

- Professional working experience with exposure to commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm.
- Experience across or within industries within Private Equity.
- Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Fluent in English.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
- Ability to take initiative, seek learning opportunities, and apply existing skills effectively.
- Creativity to develop novel ideas to solve clients biggest problems.
- Aptitude for analytical work, including analyzing large data sets and identifying key issues in complex challenges.
- A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.

Compensation and BenefitsThe applicable base salary range for this role is $225K to $240K. The base pay is determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. A competitive total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
