Responsibilities- Sell businesses and top 500 franchises (including case by case engagement fees, retainers, advisory fee, business valuation fees, etc. from the business selling clients per contracts), with/without commercial real estate
- Help businesses turn into franchises through our specialized team of franchising experts
- Conduct business appraisals/valuations (BOVs)
- Raise bank financing for business buyers to meet acquisition and growth capital requirements
- Offer business advisory services aligned with the goals of business owners
- Market business and franchise opportunities for sale
- Engage in negotiation and deal structuring
- Manage due diligence processes
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful outcomes
We are focused on supporting businesses in the Washington DC Metro area, with offices in Downtown Washington DC, Downtown Baltimore, MD and Annapolis, MD. Management is headquartered at the DC Office.
Fitting Candidate- Has experience in B2B sales
- A hunter mentality with long-term success attitude for themselves and their families
- An unmatched desire to succeed and overcome adversity
- A passion to work in the small business community and help business sellers and buyers through their journey
- At least five years of experience in professional business-to-business sales
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited business school
- Full-time commission-only (1099 independent contractor) role with pay range up to approximately $150k-$500k+ annually
- One-month onboarding and training process
- Full week of training including CRM at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida
- Ongoing training and support, technology and automation systems, in-house leads
- Lead generation and prospecting planning and techniques
- In-house support staff
- Growth potential within the organization including partnership
- Membership in a business networking / mentoring group
- Associate memberships to state and national associations
- Invaluable mentorship and access to an international community of brokers and advisors
