As a Program Consultant at Dalberg, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful, innovative solutions to global challenges. Working within the Strategy Activation team, you’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, supporting partners as they implement initiatives in response issues such as economic development, global health, and climate change. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, developing detailed plans and strategic communications to achieve measurable results.
This role requires analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to advancing global development, all within a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Drive day-to-day problem solving and implementation of programs or initiatives through piloting, iteration, and data-driven learning.
- Lead research and analysis to build topic expertise and inform decisions, including conducting desk research, stakeholder interviews, and quantitative analysis.
- Support strategic communications with executive audiences through content development and meeting facilitation.
- Develop knowledge products to document progress and learnings of the program or initiative.
- Work closely with managers, project teams, and clients to shape approaches and refine deliverables.
- Support program management by coordinating, tracking deliverables, and strengthening team practices.
- A clear commitment to domestic and/or international development.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in social impact consulting, international development, public sector delivery, philanthropy, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in complex, evolving environments.
- Experience in program and project management, including coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting client engagement.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
