As Director, you will develop and execute strategic alliance initiatives, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and guide business development to capture new opportunities.

• Collaborate with industry leaders to shape alliance strategies.
• Identify and leverage growth opportunities across various sectors.
• Oversee the execution of impactful initiatives within the Alliance portfolio.

• Develop new ideas, solutions, and structures; drive thought leadership.
• Solve problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity, encouraging others to do the same.

• Identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities to success for the Firm.
• Adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in alliance management, relationship management with a track record of driving demand generation and leading successful programs.

• Proven leadership in managing strategic alliances.
• Demonstrating in-depth understanding of advisory landscape.
• Building and nurturing mutually beneficial strategic relationships.
• Applying networking and influence-management skills.
• Excelling in executive-level communications and project management.
• Leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Utilizing CRM systems to enhance strategic initiatives.
• Monitoring key performance metrics for informed decision-making.
• Staying informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Being proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel up to 30% and internationally as needed.

The salary range for this position is $122,500 - $423,780. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
