AboutThe Role
We’re seeking a proactive, sharp, and highly organized marketing and business development professional to work with our Investigations & White Collar Defense Group — a team known for handling complex, high‑stakes matters. In this fast‑paced and dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our client base, elevating the group’s visibility, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll combine strategic insight with hands‑on execution — developing business plans, crafting persuasive pitches, and leading creative marketing initiatives that deliver measurable impact. - Advise practice group leaders on targeted marketing strategies, demonstrating understanding of practice nuances and industry trends.
- Monitor legal and industry developments to identify and pursue new client and growth opportunities.

- Conduct research and competitive intelligence on clients, industries, and markets to inform business development efforts.
- Engage in key industry networks and partnerships to strengthen the firm’s market presence.
- Collaborate with our Awards & Recognition team on directory submissions and rankings, maximizing visibility in publications such as Chambers & Partners.
- Plan and support client events, sponsor ships, and speaking opportunities to drive business development.
- Collaborate across the Marketing Department to share information, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and deliver coordinated support firmwide.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with at least five years of professional services marketing experience; law firm background preferred.
- Familiarity with Investigations and White Collar Defense practice areas; direct experience a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, innovation, competitive intelligence, research, and pitch/RFP development.
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication abilities tailored to varied audiences.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and decision‑making skills; capable of thriving in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
