Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America is hiring consultants to support its rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the transaction lifecycle—from opportunity identification and due diligence to post‑transaction value realization—leveraging deep industry and functional expertise alongside proprietary approaches and a global network.

You will work with private equity clients across a range of industries—Fin Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Education—providing deep expertise and client‑advised solutions.

• Professional working experience with exposure to commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Experience across or within industries relevant to private equity.
• In‑depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong background in strategic problem‑solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Capability to take initiative, seeking opportunities to learn new skills and apply existing ones.
• Creative thinking and willingness to generate novel solutions to complex problems.
• Analytical aptitude—ability to dissect large data sets and identify key issues.
• Team collaboration—respectfully working with a talented, diverse team.

Salary: $135,000 – $195,000 (base) plus performance‑based incentives. The role offers a competitive total rewards package, including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
