Sales Director

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, privately backed healthcare services organization building a differentiated specialty platform focused on access, outcomes, and scalable growth.

This is a build-and-shape role
, not a maintenance position. The successful leader will operate with significant autonomy, helping define commercial strategy while personally driving meaningful partnerships across providers, manufacturers, and specialty stakeholders.

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategy across specialty healthcare services
• Build and deepen senior-level relationships with providers, manufacturers, and healthcare partners
• Identify and unlock new revenue channels through consultative, value-based selling
• Work cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams to translate opportunity into execution
• Represent the organization externally with credibility, confidence, and presence

• Senior commercial experience in specialty healthcare, biopharma services, or complex medical markets
• Proven ability to operate without a rigid playbook in evolving environments
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business judgment
• Builder mentality — energized by growth, accountability, and impact

• Not a traditional territory sales role
