As part of the Health Services team you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Platform Leader, acting as a key point of contact for practice management matters. As a Director, you will drive business growth and mentor the next generation of leaders while securing alignment with One Firm priorities and overall platform strategy. This position allows for significant influence in shaping strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across various sectors.
Responsibilities- Foster collaboration among various teams to enhance practice outcomes
- Maintain alignment with segment objectives and overall goals
- Support the growth and development of practice management capabilities
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities as a team leader
- Solving complex business issues from strategy through execution
- Evaluating performance insights to drive financial decisions
- Building relationships across platforms and sectors
- Anticipating leadership needs and surfacing key decisions
- Managing multiple projects to timely completion
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment with time management skills
- Fostering a culture of teaming, collaboration, and innovation

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
