Policy Analyst

• Attend and monitor congressional hearings, markups, briefings, and public forums
• Track legislation, oversight activity, and policy developments relevant to the company
• Produce clear, well-structured written reports for internal stakeholders, including hearing summaries and takeaways and legislative and regulatory updates
• Support external engagement strategy by preparing background materials for meetings with congressional offices and agency staff
• Maintain organized records of legislative activity, contacts, and reporting outputs
• Assist with longer-form policy analyses, white papers, or position documents as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align GR efforts
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to support communications initiatives
