ESSENTIAL USE OF TOOLS- Strong knowledge of project management software(e.g., Microsoft Planner, Asana, or other project management platform).
- Solid understanding, display of skill and knowledge of computer software and online products including Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); document management systems (SharePoint preferred); online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Strong capabilities in the use of computer,printer and all office equipment to include the phone system.
- Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
- 3-5 yearsof professional level experience, particularly in a geographically dispersed nonprofit organization, preferably on project management.
- Bilingual proficiency(English/Spanish).
- Strong organizational, attention todetailand time management skills.
- Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills (English), as well as strong verbal communication and effective presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and standards. Courteous and professional communication.
- Ability to prioritize, balance multiple efforts, multi-taskefficientlyand respond to a high volume of ongoing requests in a timely fashion.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated success in working with culturally diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience working with organizations outside of the U.S. preferred
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in ahybridenvironment,maintaining productivity and communications to meet deadlines and goals.
- Ability to continually develop skills related touseof rapidly changing technology and communications best practices.
