Work with world‑class scientists and engineers to support the development of high‑impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

You'll serve as a Technical Briefing Coordinator, managing complex logistics and schedules, researching and preparing meeting materials, and supporting engagement planning and execution. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of our client's mission, and problem‑solving will enable the mission's success.

What You'll Work On
  • Build and maintain a living repository of briefing resources, templates, and best practices for future needs
  • Support logistics and scheduling, as well as tracking of post‑meeting action items
  • Develop and deliver technical briefings that inspire and inform senior leaders, translating cutting‑edge scientific and operational topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members in other offices to design engaging and comprehensive briefing content, as well as other materials
  • Support other team members as needed to drive high‑quality delivery across the office

Join us. The world can't wait.

  • Experience with and comfort using AI tools for knowledge‑gathering, research assistance, and productivity support
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality written and visual products in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Doctorate degree in Science, Engineering, or Public Health field
Nice If You Have
  • Experience working in an Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), or a comparable high‑impact health and science organization
