- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role including working with State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 35% of the time.
- 7 years of experience in people management, with leading a team of 5-10 sales or partner development professionals.
- Experience in building and scaling a partner ecosystem, including the recruitment, on-boarding, and management of strategic partners that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Experience working at a vendor in a role that involves GTM strategy partnership and navigating large enterprise environments.
Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as You Tube, Google TV and Commerce.
Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative.
In this role, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. You will educate the partners on the power of Google Cloud and enable them to be successful in driving innovation to the customers.
Benefits/CompensationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $182,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities- Lead the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business agreements that drive results for Google and their partners.
- Develop partnership roadmaps, establish goals and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive towards long-term objectives and deliver near-term results.
- Develop and execute complex ecosystem initiatives with a strategic partner or group of partners through a scalable approach.
- Determine, build, and track metrics and insights in order to forecast the business, monitor performance, and identify challenges/opportunities which requires action.
