ESSENTIAL USE OF TOOLS
  • Strong knowledge of project management software(e.g., Microsoft Planner, Asana, or other project management platform).
  • Solid understanding, display of skill and knowledge of computer software and online products including Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); document management systems (SharePoint preferred); online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Strong capabilities in the use of computer,printerand all office equipment to include the phone system.
ESSENTIAL TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
  • 3-5 yearsof professional level experience, particularly in a geographically dispersed nonprofit organization, preferably on project management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
  • Bilingualproficiency(English/Spanish).
  • Strong organizational, attention todetailand time management skills.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills (English), as well as strong verbal communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and standards. Courteous and professional communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, balance multiple efforts, multi-taskefficientlyand respond to a high volume of ongoing requests in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in working with culturally diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with organizations outside of the U.S. preferred
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in ahybridenvironment,maintainingproductivity and communications to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to continually develop skills related touseof rapidly changing technology and communications best practices.
