- Experienced in organizing and managing process improvement efforts.

- Coordinates staff actions across the organization to ensure unity of effort.
- Captures, tracks, disseminates, coordinates, and submits all responses to suspense actions from higher headquarters; tracks and monitors internal actions and directives; and tracks milestones, schedules, and major briefing packages to senior leaders, including Quarterly Program Reviews.
- Tracks personnel training and certifications in accordance with regulatory guidance and reports monthly status to the PdM/DPdM and higher headquarters.
- Lead continuous process improvement using a structured framework that establishes performance baselines, assesses and adjusts performance, and sustains ongoing improvements, aligned with Baldrige criteria to support SPD’s organizational readiness.
- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing and enhancing standard operating procedures, workflows, and service-level agreements.
- Support preparation for organizational examinations and assessments by documenting how operations and strategies align with workflow or functional creation, elimination, reduction, or enhancement.
- Facilitate sessions with workforce subject matter experts to gather input, generate improvement ideas, and prepare recommendations for leadership. Plan sessions with SPD leadership, develop agendas, and use engagement methods that drive productive outcomes.
- Document all meetings, gather attendee feedback, and finalize updates to procedures, policies, workflows, or process strategies based on validated inputs.
- Prepare business and functional requirements for new technology solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
- Coordinate data collection and system testing activities, including requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, and metrics report testing. Support IT outcomes such as designing databases, redesigning data flows, or improving data structure understanding.
- Evaluate organizational readiness for adopting and integrating new database or technology solutions, including process maturity, cultural impacts, IT capabilities, policy alignment, and security requirements.
- Produce reports summarizing collected requirements, traceability findings, and user acceptance test results.
- Identify project requirements, provide governance, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. Activities include soliciting and selecting improvement ideas, aligning improvements with enterprise metrics, prioritizing opportunities, improving workflows, identifying risks and mitigations, and documenting the value of implemented improvements.
- Integrate contract requirements with program/project management activities and coordinate with Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), SPD capital planning, and WHS governance structures.
- Review and update processes and standard operating procedures annually to reflect evolving operations.
- Provide monthly updates on activities, process improvements, and program progress.
- Conduct research, analysis, and product development including reports, summaries, and policy memorandums related to manpower studies, organizational reviews, and restructuring efforts.
- Provide research and analytic support assessing organizational and management structures and potential alternatives for SPD entities.
- Deliver executive summaries, briefings, or case studies outlining recommendations and findings at the conclusion of research or analysis projects.
