Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist – Senior Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Metro Travel, CLM and Revenue 2.0 projects, aligning communication, training, and stakeholder engagement with WMATA’s transformation goals.
• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to identify change risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure smooth adoption across Finance, HR, and Procurement teams.
• Collaborate with business analyst to design and deliver targeted training and communications program to prepare end users for new Revenue relocation, CLM Oracle Fusion and Metro Travel functionalities, emphasizing process and policy changes.
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback post-implementation, providing leadership with change effectiveness metrics and continuous improvement recommendations.

Minimum 8 years of experience

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide change management strategies to support large-scale technology and process transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to guide change planning and communication efforts.
• Create and deliver communication framework, training programs, recognition program, and engagement activities to ensure effective stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and business units to integrate change management into overall project planning and execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as needed to support sustained behavioral and cultural change.
