Recruitment Consultant – Legal Business Development, Marketing & Communications
This AmLaw Top 20 firm is searching for a Business Development Specialist to support business development and visibility efforts for assigned practices and lawyers.

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practices and regions, and assisting with individual partner objectives in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Leading the creation and upkeep of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, litigation matter lists, matter descriptions, and related content.
- Assisting with visibility initiatives for practices and individual lawyers, including conferences, sponsor ships, professional memberships, and speaking opportunities.
- Providing support for client relationship activities such as events, relationship reviews, opportunity identification, and other engagement efforts.
- Working with the Business Development Manager and market intelligence team on client targeting, research reports, and strategic projects that support both individual pitches and broader practice goals.
- Collaborating with the CRM, Market Intelligence, and Directories teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality client and matter data for key deliverables.
