We are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to manage and optimize our CRM system (Hub Spot) and support marketing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data, effective client communications, and seamless campaign execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with strong CRM and reporting skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Hub Spot, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Import new client and contact data from events, webinars, and other sources.
  • Generate reports in Excel and Hub Spot to analyze KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data concerns and streamline processes.
  • Create and manage automated workflows within Hub Spot.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and CAN‑SPAM.
  • Support integration with other platforms and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist with client communications (alerts, blogs, newsletters) and event list management.
  • Manage holiday gifting and e‑card distribution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, or similar).
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Hub Spot (or similar CRM/email platform).
  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic HTML for email templates.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and professional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
