• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department
• Consult customers to identify their repair and servicing needs, provide service options, and communicate diagnostic findings
• Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders
• Communicate with customers regarding expectations, updates, questions, etc.
• Provide customers with a high-level hospitality experience while simultaneously driving sales, customer trust, and shop performance
• Foster high customer satisfaction rates, encouraging referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with management team to track sales performance, achieve sales objectives, and develop strategies for increasing sales

• 3+ years of Sales experience required
• 2+ years of Management experience required
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
• Professional personal appearance and friendly personality
