Overview
Morgan Health is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO Morgan Health and Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy, as well as provide additional support to other members of the Morgan Health team. The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs while delivering accurate and high-quality results.
Responsibilities- Provide support for Morgan Health CEO and Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy
- Manage complex schedule – prioritizing requests, responding promptly, delivering high-quality results, coordinating with team, and recording relevant details for all engagements
- Handle travel arrangements – reserve travel arrangements through JPM’s online booking system or travel agency, coordinate details with Executives, record details on calendars, troubleshoot when there are travel disruptions
- Complete expense reports for travel and other business-related expenses
- Support team with special projects and day-to-day tasks, including meeting logistics and support for quarterly team meetings and other engagements with external parties
- Coordinate with communications team on speaking engagement logistics, including scheduling, travel, and materials
- At least five years of administrative experience, with experience and demonstrated good judgment supporting C-Suite Executives or other senior executives
- Extremely well organized, flexible, with strong project management skills
- Work with speed, and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively, but also handle matters independently when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
- Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
