Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Office Services Associate to oversee daily office operations and lead a team of office service associates. In this role, you will ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and supervise office service associates to ensure efficient operations
- Assign and manage daily tasks, ensuring timely completion
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and essential resources
- Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance teams
- Implement organizational systems to improve efficiency and accessibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office service inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee requests and concerns
- Identify and implement improvements to office services and processes
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences
- Prepare meeting rooms, materials, catering, and A/V requirements
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Participate in ongoing training programs, including Cornerstone
- Stay current on best practices to enhance role performance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in office services or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive, professional demeanor with a strong customer-service focus
- Team-oriented leader who motivates others and builds strong relationships
- Law firm experience is a major plus
