We are a national law firm dedicated to representing individuals and families who have suffered rare vaccine-related adverse reactions through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Our practice is built on compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for the critical role vaccines play in public health, and we take pride in helping our clients navigate this no-fault compensation system.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including billing and time entry support.
- Prepare invoices and other billing documents.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files with exceptional accuracy.
- Assist with client communications and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Coordinate meetings, manage team calendars, and make travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and presentations with impeccable attention to detail.
- Support office operations, including supply management, mail handling, and answering firm phones.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior administrative or office support experience (law firm experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
