We are a national law firm dedicated to representing individuals and families who have suffered rare vaccine-related adverse reactions through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Our practice is built on compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for the critical role vaccines play in public health, and we take pride in helping our clients navigate this no-fault compensation system.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including billing and time entry support.
  • Prepare invoices and other billing documents.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files with exceptional accuracy.
  • Assist with client communications and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage team calendars, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents and presentations with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Support office operations, including supply management, mail handling, and answering firm phones.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience (law firm experience preferred but not required).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
