This is a full‑time, in‑office role. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

- Supervise, mentor, and guide local administrative assistants and editors.
- Partner with office leadership and the Director of Administrative Services to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
- Manage office and document workloads.
- Hold regular check‑ins to gather feedback from technical staff and ensure their needs and expectations are being met.
- Coordinate and assist staff with meetings, office events, catering, presentations, client seminars, etc., and manage calendar scheduling.
- General and technical document processing, including proofreading, editing, and formatting documents to approved SGH style while promoting SGH standards of quality.
- Comprehensive management of technical staff licenses, including tracking renewals and credits.
- Process and file expense reports for internal customers.
- 10+ years of relevant management and administrative experience.
- Business and technical document preparation experience required.
- Experience in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; speak or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, mouse, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and/or hands. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level and will also perform physical duties, including lifting at least 25 lbs.

Base salary is part of SGH’s industry‑leading Total Compensation package, which includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
Operations Role: $52 – $60 USD
