JobOverview
The Service Coordinator (Facilities Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and maintaining services provided by a team of Service Technicians on behalf of the Company. A Service Coordinator is also responsible for organizing service department financials and reporting to Service Managers or Administration.
Duties- Overview of timecards and maintains personnel scheduling.
- Uphold Company Standards of Procedure.
- Maintain a positive outlook while leading and communicating with a team of a dozen or more personnel.
- Understand Company operations to ensure profit and continued stability.
- Continue relationships and increase the Company's appeal to customers.
- Display outstanding qualities of judgement and levelheadedness in relations to customers and service requests, as well as between personnel and the administrative hierarchy.
- Ability to prepare/review cost estimates (proposals) for jobsite repairs or installation.
- 3-5 Years Field Experience
- Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Experience - Can create and manage financial spreadsheets.
- Managing a group of 10 or more personnel.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Capable of lifting up to, if not more than 20lbs.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
