Bentley Mills is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales and Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of the D.C. showroom. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring our sample inventory is organized and accessible, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities Guest Relations- Greet clients, designers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Assist the sales team by pulling, preparing, and shipping samples for client presentations.
- Enter opportunities and detailed quotes into Salesforce CRM system- we will provide training.
- Support with showroom events and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of carpet and LVT samples.
- Restock and label sample shelves as needed.
- Track incoming and outgoing sample orders.
- Pull, prepare, package and ship product samples daily using Fed Ex.
- Monitor supply levels and reorder shipping materials as necessary.
- Maintain office supplies and manage general showroom upkeep.
- Provide basic clerical support including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
- Full-time administrative experience preferred
- Previous administrative or showroom experience preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes up to 25 lbs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Passion for design or interest in commercial interiors a bonus.
This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
Sales and Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures.
Starting pay range: $65k-75k
