Billing Specialist

Overview

We re seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support a variety of client billing needs. This role requires managing multiple invoicing preferences (platform submissions, electronic copies, paper mailings, etc.) with accuracy and consistency. Law firm billing experience is preferred but not required; strong billing skills and attention to detail are most important.

• Handle a variety of client billing and invoice preferences (platforms, electronic copies, paper mailings, etc.).
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all billing tasks.
• Utilize Tabs3 billing software (experience preferred).
• Participate in overlap training to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Experience or familiarity with billing processes; law firm billing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong billing skills and attention to detail.
