Position OverviewThe Facilities Associate is responsible for supporting the seamless operation of our facilities and ensuring every detail reflects the highest standard of white-glove service. This role provides anticipatory support to the Director of Security and Facilities Management, overseeing the secure handling and delivery of packages, maintaining impeccable facility readiness, and assisting with operational and security functions. With professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset, the Facilities Associate ensures that every interaction and task upholds our culture of excellence, discretion, and elevated member and employee experience.
Principal(Essential) Duties
- Serve as a trusted extension of the Director of Security and Facilities Management, providing discreet, anticipatory support in all aspects of facilities operations.
- Receive, log, and inventory incoming packages with precision, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and confidentiality.
- Deliver packages to the appropriate departments and recipients promptly and with a service-oriented approach.
- Assist with the coordination of facility services, vendor visits, and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to the member and employee experience.
- Maintain an impeccable standard of cleanliness, organization, and readiness across facilities, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Handle special requests with urgency, discretion, and the utmost respect for privacy.
- Act as an ambassador of the organization’s culture of white-glove service, anticipating needs and delivering solutions proactively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or training in facilities, hospitality, or security preferred.
- Prior experience in a facilities, operations, or hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury, UHNW, or private club environments preferred.
The hourly rate range for this role is $20 - $25, based on relevant experience.
