As Executive Assistant to the Leadership of this global organization, you will serve as a true right hand, anticipating needs, protecting priorities, and enabling peak executive performance. This is a mission-critical role for a highly seasoned professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes, on-site environments and brings calm, precision, and sound judgment to every interaction. You will operate at the center of the organization, supporting a demanding executive office with absolute discretion, exceptional professionalism, and unwavering reliability.
This role requires someone who is energized by complexity, proactive by nature, and comfortable operating with limited direction while managing constant change.
- Own and orchestrate a complex, ever-evolving executive calendar, balancing strategic priorities, internal leadership needs, and external obligations with precision and foresight.
- Manage all domestic and international travel, often across time zones, handling logistics, contingencies, and last-minute changes seamlessly.
- Own executive expense management, including preparing, reconciling, and submitting detailed expense reports; ensure compliance with internal policies while proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a real-time pulse on all active initiatives, proactively flagging deadlines, preparing leadership for meetings, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Partner closely with leadership on initiatives, including leadership meetings, global events, and programs.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive office and senior leaders.
- Communicate with the highest level of discretion, polish, and emotional intelligence, representing leadership with credibility and authority.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and solve problems independently, keeping the executive office operating smoothly at all times.
