Position: Training & Events Coordinator - $25/hr-$28/hr - DC

Overview

Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for a temporary to permanent Training & Events Coordinator to support their growing team in Washington, DC!

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of virtual event logistics, including creating event timelines, tracking payments, and coordinating with speakers.
  • Manage credit coordination and issue continuing education certificates.
  • Manage attendee communications, including registration, dietary restrictions, and special needs.
  • Post-event tasks: send survey results to speakers, follow up with attendees, maintain electronic filing systems, and summarize event outcomes and expenses.
  • Provide support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant virtual events logistics experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, events, or a related field is required.
  • Experience with meeting planning and customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
Position Information
  • $25/hr-$28/hr while temporary
  • $55K-$67K when permanent, DOE
  • 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
  • Potential for 1 day remote.
  • Bonus eligible once permanent!
