Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and well‑organized Front Desk Assistant to manage reception and administrative support for our IT company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and visitors while supporting daily office and coordination needs in a fast‑paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and direct them appropriately
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage meeting schedules, conference rooms, and visitor coordination
- Maintain visitor records and follow company security protocols
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and technical teams for internal communication
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (, access coordination, etc.)
- Handle courier services, mail, and office supplies
- Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing
- Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer‑first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and basic scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience working in an IT or corporate office environment
