The Program Coordinator supports a variety of tasks that connect, inspire, and advance the work of Equal Justice Works. You will provide administrative and logistical support that keeps our programs running smoothly.

• Support Senior Manager and Manager in the annual Fellowship application process, including outreach and relationship management with prospective applicants and host organizations, and responding to day-to-day inquiries.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Fellowship application review cycles, in conjunction with the Sr. Manager of Recruitment/Enrollment.
• Support administration of Fellow onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain all data tracking systems.
• Maintain calendar of activities and events.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintain database records.
• Meet all deadlines in the recruitment/enrollment process.
• Ensure that all communications with applicants and key stakeholders align with EJW’s standards of excellence.
