Overview
PE-backed technology client in the Washington DC metro area seeks a hands-on Controller to help build a best-in-class accounting team. This individual will provide transformative leadership, creating a seamless team in both the U.S. and abroad. Expected results include the continued development of their ERP system, creation of accounting efficiencies, and providing precise accounting guidance to leadership. A background in a national accounting firm, CPA and international close experience is required.
100% remote but located in the DC area for occasional meetings.
- Provide transformative leadership and build a best-in-class accounting team across U.S. and international locations.
- Drive continued development of the ERP system and improve accounting efficiencies.
- Provide precise accounting guidance to leadership and support strategic decision-making.
- Background in a national accounting firm.
- CPA credential.
- International close experience required.
Compensation to $225K base plus bonus.
Location100% remote but located in the DC area for occasional meetings.
