As Senior Accountant, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in financial accuracy and compliance. This position offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to transition into a Head of Accounting role as the organization continues to grow.

• Handle journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and bank deposits
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate job cost coding
• Process payroll and allocate job costs, including union payroll and monthly reconciliations
• Perform positive pay checks and monitor daily bank transactions
• Support certified payroll reporting and compliance
• Partner directly with leadership on financial accuracy and process improvements

• 6+ years of accounting experience (degree in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• Strong understanding of general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership and staff
• Integrity, confidence, and the ability to stand firm when needed
• Experience with accounting software (Deltek Computer-EZ a plus)

• Salary up to $90K plus discretionary bonus
