HQ seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to work closely with our corporate accounting and finance team. The role is full‑time, office‑based, and located near Metro Center.

• Review, approve, and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Research and resolve discrepancies that affect payments or the general ledger.
• Maintain certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants, process year‑end 1099s, and support other accounting projects.
• Assist with contract reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Professional experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience with Yardi or similar software is highly preferred.
