Our client, a real estate firm, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing accounting department. Successful incumbent will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year university and 1+ year of accounting experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
- Journal entries
- Tax assistance and compliance
- Month-end close assistance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university (required)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience or an internship held in accounting (required)
