Compensation and Benefits- Competitive compensation package
- $10,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
- Provide treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening, extractions, endodontics, implants, and dentures
- Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Prescribe antibiotics and pain management medications as needed
- Take impressions for crowns, dentures, and other dental appliances
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred;
new graduates with strong clinical interest and motivation to grow are encouraged to apply
