Mill Creek Family Dentistry, a trusted practice supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team‑oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us in Mill Creek, WA. Shift: 4 days a week between Mon‑Fri. Pay Range: $25‑$35/hr.

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency.
• Take digital x‑rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on post‑op care and oral health maintenance.
• Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA.
• Radiology certification and CPR certification.
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• X‑ray certification desired.
• Must have a current, state‑specific license or certificate which authorizes the individual to perform job functions in addition to the essential duties, as required by state law (EFDA, RDA, Coronal Polishing, X‑ray).
• Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
• Experienced assistants preferred but new DA school graduates or candidates interested in breaking into the dental industry encouraged to apply.
• Experience using Open Dental software preferred.
