OverviewFull‑time Orthodontic Assistant position (DaBell & Paventy Orthodontics). Compensation: $18–$23 per hour (DOE).
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, occasional Fridays. Must travel between 5 locations.
We’re looking for an assistant with orthodontic experience who enjoys working in a close‑knit environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

- Assist the orthodontist during a wide range of orthodontic procedures
- Place and remove brackets, wires, bands, and orthodontic appliances
- Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays as needed
- Prepare and efficiently turn over treatment rooms
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow sterilization protocols
- Work closely with a collaborative clinical and front office team across locations
- Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Active dental assisting certification/license per state requirements
- Comfortable traveling between 5 practice locations
- Strong understanding of orthodontic workflow
- Reliable, adaptable, and team‑oriented
- Friendly, patient‑focused communication skills
