We are looking for self‑motivated, ambitious, high‑spirited and hardworking Customer Service Representatives to grow with our safety and medical supply company, which has been around for over 22 years. We offer health insurance, paid vacation and bonuses to well‑qualified individuals. Part‑time students are welcome to apply.
Part‑time work is from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Full‑time is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Job Description:
ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service.
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
- Some experience with multiline telephones, order processing, and personal computers helpful.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written.
Is able to handle customer inquiries and possess a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Maintain a high level class of customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
