General Summary

- Spanish Speaking: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus to enhance member communication.
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in general office tasks, computer peripherals.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong team player.
- Outgoing, adaptable, and flexible personality.
- Prior banking or utility customer service experience.
- Forward thinking, with a drive towards process improvement, efficiency, excellence.
- Strong technical aptitude.

Benton REA has offices in West Richland and Prosser, WA, with a new West Richland headquarters campus coming in May 2026. Qualified applicants must be flexible to work at the Prosser and West Richland office.
Supplemental InformationSelection process will include a request for writing samples, with a preference towards excellent communication skills, interview and skills testing through Willo, and in-person interview process.
Final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background process, to include criminal background check, driving history review, and drug screen.
