Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Lara team. The role is available as permanent part‑time and casual. The CSR is the face of Bowser Bean and represents our brand.

• Serve customers with a positive can‑do attitude
• Make barista coffee
• Prepare our high‑quality food products for sale
• Ensure our store is clean and presentable
• Carry out other duties as instructed by management

• Proactive and self‑motivated
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities
• Take pride in your work
• Bring a smile to customers and team members
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous

You will have the potential to work up to 38 hours per week.
