Location: National
Responsibilities
- Provide up to date advice to CPS staff in relation to information management compliance or direct them to the most appropriate subject matter expert.
- Respond to requests for information and triage emails for the team mailboxes and support the team in the planning, organisation and delivery of various governance and community of interest groups.
- Work with Digital teams to ensure the development of new technologies and services are DPA, UK GDPR and DRA compliant.
- Prepare and make recommendations on the disclosure of information for Right of Access Requests and FOI requests. Prepare reports to demonstrate compliance and performance against standards.
- Provide advice and guidance to the organisation in respect of information handling, information lifecycle management, records retention and the interpretation of policy.
