• Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately using Ford diagnostic tools and procedures
• Perform high‑quality repairs on engines, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake systems
• Complete warranty, customer‑pay, and internal repair orders efficiently to maximize flat‑rate hours
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
• Follow Ford manufacturer specifications and dealership repair standards on every job
• Accurately document diagnostics, labor, and parts used on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines

Salary Range: $30.00 - $55.00+ an hour flat rate depending on certifications. Ford Senior Master Certification is eligible for retention bonus.

• 1–3 years of experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
• Ford Certification is preferred but will consider other manufacturer certifications with experience.

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
