Work Schedule: The anticipated schedule for this position will be Wednesday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.
-6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m.
-4:30 p.m.

Duties- Serve as Receptionist for our facility. Answer and route calls for all hospital departments.
- Register patients accurately. Maintain all admitting information at 95% accuracy.
- Perform data entry for patient account set up. Process billing paperwork for outpatient departments, including the Emergency Department.
- Process both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Process daily deposits. Receive payments and maintain cash drawer.
- Process primary and secondary bills.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and employee information to ensure patient and employee rights are protected in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

As a public entity, our wage range is set on a 30-step scale (Base-30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written based on years of experience.
