NURSE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR & ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Nurse Scheduling Coordinator & Activities Assistant to join our team.

• Enter and maintain nursing and support staff schedules in the scheduling system, coordinating staffing on a projected and shift‑by‑shift basis.
• Collaborate with Unit Managers and Charge RNs to ensure adequate staff to cover vacation and sick time.
• Edit and review timecards before Manager approval each pay period.
• Perform secretarial duties as assigned.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered activities to skilled and non‑skilled swing bed patients.
• Work with the Non‑skilled Swing Bed Lead to plan and deliver daily activities.
• Transition between scheduling and activities roles throughout the day based on departmental needs.

• High School Graduate; current BLS training or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Strong attention to detail, flexible, compassionate, patient‑centric personality, and creative.

Salary Range:
The wage range for this position has been finalized for the facility including min‑mid‑max amounts, and the selected candidate will be placed within the range depending on experience.
